It's off season for Free Arts Worcester but other local artists are still out there doing their best to put a smile on our faces here in Worcester all year 'round. The local florist Sprout is offering local businesses a free wreath to get everyone in the Holiday mood. Don't be a Grinch spread some pine-smelling love!

Art in the Park Opening - Elm Park, Worcester

Tomorrow night Thursday 6th Aug from 6-8pm is the official opening of Art in the Park in Elm Park. the word on the street is that the artists will be there and available for brain picking about their work. The work has been up for a week or so now and we have been over there a few times already showing our out of town guest this lovely exhibition. So much of the work is sooooo brilliant this year we can't get enough of it. Hopefully this will continue to be an anual event and maybe we will submit something! Oooo soo much fun! Enjoy everyone!

Free Art and Technology's Latest Project: Obey vs AP

HUGE props to the folks over at Free Art and Technology for their new project, "Intellectual Property Asshole Competition: Obey vs Ap". Now I know a lot of peeps in the area are all about Shepard Fairy being at Boston's ICA and to tell the truth we kinda like some of his work AND we even have been planning to visit the ICA to check out the exhibition. Saying that we still have to agree that the whole fiasco between Shepard and the AP is a bit of a joke. So we find Free Art and Technology's project just brilliant and a belly full of laughs.

(We still think Banksy is WAY better. heehee)

FreeArt In Elm Park get 'um while they're hot!

The FreeArt Season is Officially ON!

FreeArt is back on the streets of Worcester!

Okay so this one was painted at the end of last season but we put it out on Pleasant and Huntley today. We've got a handful of brand new work to get out this week and then we begin painting the dozen or so panels that we just cut up from an old crate. Keep your eyes wide open, you may even see us discreetly leaving these around town in the daylight. Say hello, if you can catch us!
